It is nice to be reconnected.  Has anyone heard from Gordon Rosenblatt, Dave Spring or Lawrence Shendalman?

Both my parents Ronald And Eileen (nee Young) and my six brother and sisters Susan Martha Katherine Nancy Robert Carolyn all graduated from VRCI. It is a sad day to see the Old School go but it provided all my siblings with an outstanding education and prepared us to face the rigours of the world of business and life.

I was surprised and a saddened to hear the news, and I hope that the people responsible did their homework and looked at the population stats first - we don't want to wake up in 10 years to the headline about overcrowding at Oakwood and Forest Hill etc and how the Vaughan Road corridor is desperate for a high school - especially one with great facilities (I'm assuming the gyms, sports field, auditorium, etc are still there).

Hold on to your ACTAs and who knows, maybe your great grandchildren can sell them on E-Bay in 2090 and buy themselves a ticket to Mars....

Best regards to all, and send an e-mail to let me know in advance if any of you are ever visiting the Holy Land.
